Derbyshire Coffee

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we are working with Derby Uncovered CIC to bring you Derbyshire Coffee – Two lovely high quality coffees that are available to Derby Market Hall customers under the new Derbyshire Coffee label.

First of all our lovely Mio Coffee pronounced Mee-oh!

Mio: Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil

Mio is a beautifully designed single-origin coffee grown by a family farm located in the heart of Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil. The farmers are highly dedicated to their craft, with a focus on sustainability and quality production. This Natural + Honey processed coffee produces a balanced, full-bodied cup, with rich caramel sweetness and fruit notes that enhance the coffee’s natural nuance. A true reflection of the beautiful love and care that goes into every cup in each harvest, Mio offers a unique and rich flavor profile that is perfect for any coffee enthusiast.

Flavour notes: Caramel & roasted nut

Decaf: Quinido Region, Colombia

Sacred Bean Coffee will be familiar with our lovely mountain water decaf. Coming from the highland farms of Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, this decaf is rich and smooth in body with sharp acidity. Planted at an elevation of over 1,200 metres, the coffee is composed of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, with dark chocolate, caramel, and roasted apple flavor, and a bright lemon finish. A great decaf for those with a taste for flavor, it’s full of flavor without the caffeine, so morning, noon, or night, it’s the perfect choice.

Flavour notes: Full, fruity and chocolate-y
